Entry Level: $30,900–$50,000
Experienced: $45,000–$60,000+
Regional Marketing Director: $80,000–$120,000+

Additional Earnings
Typical Bonus Pay: 18–22% of salary

Assistant Community Manager

Annual Base Salary Range
Entry Level: $40,000–$60,000+

Additional Earnings
Typical Bonus Pay: 15% of salary

Community Manager

Annual Base Salary Range
$45,000 – 90,000+

Based on property size, experience and other factors
Regional Manager:$100,000–$150,000+

Additional Earnings
